I am TIRED, of being Fat.
I stepped on the Scale this morning and I now weigh 209lbs. ICK! At 5'1 That is sooooo Gross! So I am Bringing Sexy Back. I bought the Insanity Program 6 months ago and I am now opening the package and starting it. I have tried to workout before but now I am actually going to do it. My Husband is my motivator, He decided to start the Insanity Workouts and I thought I should too. I just finished the Fit Test. WHOLLY HELL! OUCH!!! I am Wiped! I am dripping in sweat and I can already feel the soreness kicking in. I HAVE to do this. I want my energy back, I want to wear cute clothes again and I don't want to be the Fat chick with the group of Skinny chicks when I go out with my friends anymore.
So the Fit test is done every 2 weeks, I just finished the first fit test and here are my stats.....
Week 1
Weight-209 lbs.
Switch Kicks-50
Power Jacks-20
Power Knees-50
Power Jumps-15 (Surprised me, I thought maybe I could do 5)
Globe Jumps-5 (Booo)
Suicide Jumps-10 (Hate these)
Pushup Jacks-5 (hmm I thought maybe 1 so pretty good lol)
Low Plank Obliques-20 (I liked these best)
I am starting the first work out tomorrow. I know being as big and out of Shape as I am I won't be able to keep up with the t.v People but from watching the infomercial a lot of people said they went at their own pace and still got cut and lost weight, so thats good cuz The fit Test kicked my ass, I can only imagine what the real workout is going to do lol! So here is to a new me! Cheers!
