It's time to lose the Weight!!!!!

I am TIRED, of being Fat.

I stepped on the Scale this morning and I now weigh 209lbs. ICK! At 5'1 That is sooooo Gross! So I am Bringing Sexy Back. I bought the Insanity Program 6 months ago and I am now opening the package and starting it. I have tried to workout before but now I am actually going to do it. My Husband is my motivator, He decided to start the Insanity Workouts and I thought I should too. I just finished the Fit Test. WHOLLY HELL! OUCH!!! I am Wiped! I am dripping in sweat and I can already feel the soreness kicking in. I HAVE to do this. I want my energy back, I want to wear cute clothes again and I don't want to be the Fat chick with the group of Skinny chicks when I go out with my friends anymore.

So the Fit test is done every 2 weeks, I just finished the first fit test and here are my stats.....

Week 1

Weight-209 lbs.

Switch Kicks-50
Power Jacks-20
Power Knees-50
Power Jumps-15 (Surprised me, I thought maybe I could do 5)
Globe Jumps-5 (Booo)
Suicide Jumps-10 (Hate these)
Pushup Jacks-5 (hmm I thought maybe 1 so pretty good lol)
Low Plank Obliques-20 (I liked these best)

I am starting the first work out tomorrow. I know being as big and out of Shape as I am I won't be able to keep up with the t.v People but from watching the infomercial a lot of people said they went at their own pace and still got cut and lost weight, so thats good cuz The fit Test kicked my ass, I can only imagine what the real workout is going to do lol! So here is to a new me! Cheers!

  1. OUCH!!!!!! I am soooo Sore! I worked out again and now I am twice as sore. I had to crawl to the Bathroom to take my shower! LOL

    6 days a week for 60 days is going to be brutal, But I have to do this. no more excuses and NO Quitting!!!!!

  3. LOL Thanks, They are Brutal but so are the Globe jumps, I do not like those LOL...

    Today My lower back and calves are screaming and we did these weird pushups and tomorrow my Triceps aren't going to be Happy. Trying to get all my calories but doesnt seen to be enough hours in the day to eat LOL. I don't eat after 8 p.m.. I have to time my lunches better so I have enough time between my afternoon snack and dinner.

  4. Today was just Stetches and Lunges..... I say Just, HAHAHA. My legs were like Jelly, I was so Shakey after, tomorrow is Pure Cardio, Looks like hell but I will do my best. I really really Hate this but have to do it. I hope I see some results in 2 weeks.

  5. New Week, and dreading it. On the plus side I ordered the Nutrisystem to help my eating. Eating the right portions now and healthier food. This should help me lose weight along with the workouts. I gained 3 lbs so I think I was eating too much. This should work now. :)

  6. Got my Nutrisystem, been eating eat for 3 days now, and still working out to the Devil Insanity Program. I've Lost 2 of the 3 pounds I gained last week so thats a plus. My knees are killing me. I'm not as sore now thank god!!! But Next week EVERYTHING has the word MAX infornt of it, I am soooo Dreading it. Pray for me....HAHAHAHA!!!!!

  7. the 3 pounds that you gained were probably muscle from all the workout. when you do that much exercise, you tend to gain muscle while you are losing the fat. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat because it is denser. I learned all of this from a personal trainer.

  8. Thanks Catrina, I hear that cuz In 11 Days of the Insanity and 4 days of the Nutrisystem I have lost 6 LBS. WOOOOT!!!!!!! That's Right this shit actually works LOL. I am so happy, 6 lbs in 11 day I can't wait to see what I weigh On April 21 that will be a full Month!

I am so Stoked, The weight is just falling off me, Yesterday I was 206 to day I am 203....I wouldn't have weighed myself today but i went out last night with my BFF and had some popcorn (hehe) so I thought maybe I would have gained some weight but NOPE!!!!!. I made up for the popcorn today by doing Pure Cardio AND Cardio abs! I am so happy that tomorrow is a Free day and I don't have to workout!

    I'm glad I was able to improve on some of these, I wish I could improve more but it is only week 3, I hope the weight continues to melt!!! :)

  11. New week. Recovery week it is called, but the Cardio Balance I did to day was not exactly easy. It was a Good workout, still made me sweat my ass off. Next week everything has the word Max infront of it, i know I am going to probably Die. LOL Here's to hope the weight still comes off, i am at a plateau still 203.
